Haven't gone to too heavy squats as I don't want to injure myself still at 99 lbs for both bench and squat. ICF 5x5->3x5->1x5 Reading up on stronglifts I saw that it has "Stronglifts ladder of strengths" where one should drop the 5x5 down to a 3x5 followed by 1x5 when weights are getting higher and recovery is more important for progression, and I have done the same in a 3x5 manner for my Icecreamfitness routine.
